JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Real Estate Consultant with Homescout, your goal is to help your clients find their perfect home in a timely and professional manner. Through our extensive industry leading resources, mentorship and 90 day training program consultants are able to gain valuable selling skills and grow a large book of business. The best consultants are community oriented, great at networking both online and offline and enjoy meeting new people. Once consultants find and qualify customers, they use our online virtual showing technology which offers clients access to our extensive database of inventory. Consultants at Homescout enjoy a great work/life balance.
Responsibilities
Meet weekly goals on prospecting/business development
Qualify leads through online showings
Drive clients to view properties that suit their needs
Advise clients on neighborhoods, apartments, and the city
Become an expert on Chicago and what it can offer residents
Schedule appointments with landlords prior to viewing properties
Maintain relationships with previous clients
Attend networking events regularly
Maintain correct and up-to-date usage of CRM
Uphold the mission and core values of Homescout Realty of honesty and integrity, hunger for growth, accountability, build a positive team and family spirit, create WOW moments, and HAVING FUN!
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Daily access to a car or Zip Car access plus a good driving record
Willingness and availability to work nights and weekends
Leasing license required upon first 90 days of work
At least one year of full-time sales or related work experience
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
Self-motivated to find clients and work with minimal daily supervision
Motivated by UNLIMITED earning potential
Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
The self discipline to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
Compensation
On average, our commission-based leasing agents earn 40k, with our top leasing agents making more than 100k.
