Commissioned by recruiting firm Brill Street + Company, and using a proprietary mathematical model developed by GFK, a leading global marketing research agency, Homescout Realty was ranked alongside all nominated organizations on a point-based scale. The final ranking of the top fifty employers was ascertained from this system. The rankings represent three broad categories including compensation and benefits, perks, and environment. Quantitative and qualitative assessments were taken into account for each category and the attributes were weighted by how influential Generation Y recruits felt each was in the workplace.
